Mike Mwale
Mike is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) professional dedicated to empowering organizations and communities with data-driven strategies for impactful decision-making. He supports various organizations in building strong M&E systems, improving program effectiveness, and fostering a culture of learning and adaptation. Passionate about youth empowerment, data-driven agriculture, health and sustainable development, Mike integrates M&E into youth-led initiatives, ensuring they are evidence-based, results-driven, and scalable. His goal is to bridge the gap between M&E, data, and real-world implementation, helping young leaders leverage data for informed decisions that create lasting change. Through mentorship and capacity building, he equips organizations and communities with the tools to measure impact, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable solutions. He has a bachelor degree in Demography with Development Studies and a Master’s in Public health.
